Entrees Catering is well known for our first class service and professionalism. We handle all of the details, assuring that our clients feel as if they are guests at their own successful event.

When will my order be delivered?
Deliveries are every Monday, In your profile at checkout you can choose the best 2 hour time frame that fits your schedule & our drivers will contact you with a estimated time. All delivery drivers will be coordinate a delivery time with each customer.

Can I have my meals delivered to my job?
Yes we can deliver you meals to your job or your home. If we deliver to you job we highly recommend that you have a fridge, freezer or cooler that will keep them cool for more than 1 hour storage.

Do I need to be home or at work when the food is dropped off?
No, but please leave special instructions in notes at checkout or when our driver contacts you with estimated time. Please give name of who will receive your meals.

Is gratuity included?
No, we don't automatically charge a gratuity. We suggest an optional 10-20% gratuity for the servers, based on the size and type of event. Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected.

Who will be delivering my meals?
We Have several delivery drivers, but we will try to keep one driver in each area so that you can have a regular driver… so please get to know your driver & yes they do

Is Shipping available
Not at the moment, however we will be adding a shipping service coming 2021

Can I cancel/reschedule my meal delivery?
Deliveries can be rescheduled or cancelled if you contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery date for a full 100% refund & 24 hours for a %50 refund. Please note order cancellations/reschedules on the day of delivery selected will be subjected to a 50% restocking fee. Orders that are not picked up as cash/credit will also be subjected to a 50% restocking fee.

Will I lose weitght if I eat nothing other than Entrees Catering meals?
We are here to assist you with our meals plans you can customize your own meals & choose lower carbs, however the sweat, hard work & discipline is on you.

When is the latest I can place my order?
The weekly deadline to place a meal prep order is Friday by midnight every week for the following Monday pickup or delivery.

Where can I find maros?
Calories, fat, protein, and carbohydrates for each meal can be found on the menu located on each Entree as well as each side. We also have food labels available on each meal as well. However macros on each entree only represents the protein in the pic. The macros for the sides are located on the menu with each individual side item.

How long do meals stay fresh
Since there are no preservatives added to any of our meals, our meals are fresh up to 6 days in the refrigerator for best freshness. Please use by the best by date provided on each meal.

HELP! How do I heat this stuff up?
Microwave, 2-3 minutes with the top crack open on OR remove your meal from the plastic container (the container is NOT oven safe!) and cook in the oven at 350° for ten minutes.

I have a SEVERE lactose, nut, and wheat allergy. If I look at a dairy cow my throat closes. Will I survive if I place an order?
We recommend using your best judgment. Allergens Should be listed in your profile, but our meals ARE prepared on shared equipment. If the thought of lactose makes your stomach turn, please use your personal experience and discretion. The majority of our meals are gluten-free.

What happens if something is missing/incorrect in my order?
Please contact us immediately at 239-671-8580 so we can correct the issue.

Can I walk in and purchase meals without placing an order ahead of time?
We do not always have random meals available so we advise calling first to see what’s available before making a trip.

How do I order a standard package
To order a standard package, choose which standard package you'd like... on each package there is a promo code which you will need a check out to get the adjusted package price. Once you choose your package you will be directed to our weekly specials menu & from this menu only you can choose your standard meals. If there is something you want that is not in the weekly specials you will have to choose a custom package.

Can I pay cash once food is delivered?
Our drivers deliver hundreds of meals on delivery days. For their safety and sanity, cash is not permitted as delivery payment.

How can I book my event?
We can discuss details over the phone, in person at our office, or via email - whichever is easiest for you! In office meetings are appointment only and can be scheduled by phone or email or you can just book online. For special events such as weddings, birthdays, corporate events & more, we'd rather discuss in person over the phone or by email.

Can I change the menu for my event
No problem! Once you’ve secured your event date with a deposit, you’ll have the freedom to adjust your menu and services as desired until 2 weeks prior to your event date.

We can cater at any location that allows caterers. This includes public or private locations, parks, beaches, recreation centers, churches, venue spaces, etc.

How soon should I book my event?
As soon as you know - let us know! Planning ahead is great, but we will always accommodate your last minute needs to the best of our ability!
